If you build it ... they will come! The Kentlands Apartments

Residential development always seems to get a lot of attention and interest ... both from people who already reside in a community, as well as from those businesses and neighbors who will be impacted by it.

As many Kentlands residents already know, there is a big proposal into the City of Gaithersburg to redevelop the giant parcel of land that is presently configured as the Diya restaurant (formerly Famous Daves).  The proposed site is near the corner of Quince Orchard Rd and Great Seneca Hwy.
