yIANNi is a lifelong Moco resident & Washingtonian -- a KENTLANDS RESIDENt who has moved to the area with his family after a stint of living abroad in Australia, He's the driving force behind oNLYkENTLANDs.COM.
The site is a new personal initiative he's undertaking to get better acquainted with his new neighbors and the area's many unique amenities. Leveraging his passions in advertising, marketing, photography, and social media communications, he's launched this initiative to amplify and digitally capture the sense of community the Kentlands provides him and his family. His vision is to provide local information to the Kentlands, helping keep friends and neighbors engaged with each other, which he believes is one of the best ways to ensure you're living in a thriving neighborhood. The site will be equal parts fun, news, snark, and experimentation. And as you'll see, every main site section provides some words of wisdom by folks whose wisdom we can all benefit from. Welcome!
